Gordon Moore

Engineer • Computer Scientist • Physicist

Both a businessman and an engineer, Gordon Moore was able to excel in the two. He co-founded Intel Corporation, now the largest manufacturer of silicon microchips globally. We partnered with him in creating an impactful documentary about his works and technologies.

Excerpt from my work with Dr. Gordon Moore and the Science History Institute.

Intel Microchip

Intel is best known for developing the microprocessors found in most of the world's personal computers. The multinational technology company is also the world's largest manufacturer by revenue of semiconductor chips, a product used in most of the world's electronic devices.

Moore's Law

Dr Gordon Moore  predicted that the number of transistors that would fit on a computer chip would double every year—the famed Moore’s law.  It highlights the rapid change in information processing technologies.
